Tampa Bounce House Rental Pick Up Policy

What happens when my party is over?

The day of your event we will confirm a pick up time with you, if the time changes to an earlier time please contact us ASAP to let us know at 813-404-6744.

Call our office not the delivery drivers as we stay in contact with them while they are out doing pick ups and can direct them.  

Also please keep in mind we have a lot of inflatable rentals out, so we may not pick up at the exact time you requested. In some instances we will not be able to get out to pick up the Bounce house or water slide until after 11pm.

Tampa Bounce House Rental- Parks, Clubhouse, Public Venues

If you are renting at a park, club-house or an event not at a home or private residence we make you a priority pick up.

However even with this in place it make take us a little while to get to you for pick up, so we ask that you call us 1-2 hours prior to your party end time to let us know you are wrapping up. We ask that you do not abandon your bounce house or water slide rental and wait for our truck to arrive for pick-up. You are responsible for the Inflatable until we arrive.   

Tampa Bounce House Rental Pick up- Homes and private property

     If you are renting at a home  please know that while we try to get to you at the time requested it could be late in the evening and even into the night before we are able to pick up your bounce house or water slide. There is nothing you need to do aside from, let the inflatable down and make sure cords and any other equipment rentals are outside so when we arrive we can simply collect the party rental equipment and remove it from your Home.

Our staff have all been formally trained to be very quiet, so not to disturb you or your family in the event we have to come out late to pick up the equipment.

Our staff have been instructed to lock everything back up the way it was before we came to pick up our equipment.  

If it is raining or inclement weather the day of your event know that this is common-place for us and we do pick up our equipment regardless of the weather.

Tampa Bounce House Rental- What if its raining? PLEASE DO NOT DEFLATE

  The day of your event there is a chance it may rain. In Florida we can experience sunshine one minute and heavy downpour the next, this is the norm for our beautiful state. If it rains the day of your event and you have a bounce house rental we ask that you please leave it inflated for the duration. We know and understand that some may be concerned about their electric bill going sky high, But in our experience the impact on the electric is minimal. The blowers we use are commercial grade and they are very efficient. Please do not shut down the blowers, leave the inflatable inflated until we arrive to remove our equipment.
In the event you deflate the bounce house or water slide and it is raining the unit will fill with water. When the water slides fill with water it will add upwards of 200-300 pound to the weight of the unit.  We will have a very hard time removing the inflatable from your yard if we are able to remove it at all. We do charge extra fees if the inflatable is deflated and full of water. We charge anywhere from $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the logistics and man hours it takes to empty the inflatable of water and remove it from your yard. 

To give an example our Dolphin water slide weighs 480 pounds dry. When it fills with water it can weigh in excess of 800lbs. Each one of our trucks are staffed with two men and they are very strong but not 800 pounds strong. In some instances they have to dolly the unit a long way to get it to the set up area and also back to the trailer. When you add weight and soft thick grass it makes the job near impossible.
