What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
We deliver and set up prior to your party start time and typically you can expect us to set up 1-6 hours prior to your party. We will call you and confirm your rental times and give you a delvery window of 1-3 hours, In some cases we will deliver Friday and the delivery window since its a ay early can be up to 8 hours. We ask that if we are delivering friday and you have been selected that you give us a time that you know you will be home after. Pick-up time will be sometime after the pick up time on your rental contract and could be up to 6 hours after your scheduled end time.
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Delivery, set up and pick up is what we do. Depending on where you are located there may be a small delivery fee it varies from zip coes and mileage. We will set up each bounce house and make sure that it's clean in good workingorder and staked down properly to ensure the safety of your guest and family. Set up takes about 20-40 minutes depedning on the unit reserved and requires a 120V circuit which is a standard outlet, with a minimum of a 15 amp breaker which is standard on most homes. Some of our larger units require 2 outlets on separate breakers, the good news is we provide the extension cords up to 100 ft. We will not run more than 100ft of cord because it becomes a fire hazard. All of our employees have been formally trained on industry standards of how to properly set up a bounce house or water slide. We ar certified by SIOTO.
What are the rules for our Bounce house rental?
We ask that Adult supervision is maintained and is required at all times. No Gum, candy, food, sticky substances, hair dyes or soaps and absolutely no silly string these things can and will cause permanent damage. We do charge for damage done by these items if they are used. No horseplay, wrestling or fighting while using our equipment and we absolutely ask that no alcohol be consumed during the use of our equipment.
What type of surface can you set up on?
The most ideal surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on a multitude of different surfaces just ask when you call to reserve. We ask that you specify what type of surface we will be setting up on when ordering onlne/over the phone so we can bring the necessary equipment to properly set up.
What do I do in the event of bad weather?
We know that the weather here can change in an instant and can be very extreme at times. We don't want to run the risk of injury to the children or damage to our equipment, So we ask that if you are unsure give us a call. If you cancel for any reason 24 hours before we deliver and setup, while your deposit in non-refundable you can use your deposit towards a future event and within 60 days. However once we deliver and setup the product, no rainchecks, refunds or discounts are available. There is also high risk in high wind situations. Although this does not happen often in Florida, there are times when we will have to cancel an event if we feel it would be unsafe and negligent to go ahead and rent to you. If the Winds are in excess of 15 - 20 mph it would be irresponsible for us to go ahead with your event because this would prevent us from safely anchoring the unit.
Are deposits required?
We do require deposits. We ask for 15% deposit on anything rented from us, this does come off your total balance. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel just give us a call an let us know and we can ensure that you have a 60 day raincheck to reschedule your event.
What type of events do you do?
We have been part of many community events such as the Brandon blast that occurs on the 4th of July every year at the Brandon Mall, We have been part of the Brandon community foundation, Bell shoals baptist church, the crossing church, First baptist church of Brandon, Nativity Catholic church, Novemberfest, Ribfest, St Joe's Childrens hospital and many other events throughout Tampa Bay. We do charity events, church functions and fellowships, Fundraisers, Union hall Parties, Public School Fall Festivals and many other events. If you are you are unsure give us a call and we would be glad to help. We are Insured properly for any event, carry workmens comp, commercial liability insurance as well as commercial vehicle insurance. We do not cut corners when doing business and we can ensure that you are properly covered for your event.
Do you offer Discounts?
We currently offer discounts for Military, Fire, Ems, Law Enforement, non profit and churches. We also offer 10% off every Sunday. At this time we do not combine any discounts. If you have a large event give us a call and we can put a package together for you and discount accordingly, in some instances the discount is better than if you were to book online yourself.
Do you Offer Customer Pick up?
At this time we do not offer customer pick up. In the very near future we plan to offer customer pick up at our warehouse location in Brandon, Florida. Keep checking back beacuse we are working to offer the best deals on customer pick ups. When we launch you will be able to get a unit or rental for multiple days at the cost of one day.
